THE DETAILS

Made with care.

Your photo stays private.

Photos and generated files are stored privately. Your pet photo is sent to OpenAI only when you request an AI portrait. Our configured SMTP mail service delivers verification and order emails; Stripe processes payments.

Your account, if you choose one.

Accounts store your name, email address, and a hashed password so you can return to saved keepsakes and purchases. Verify your email before purchases made with that address appear in your dashboard. Account details remain stored when keepsake files expire; guest checkout is still available for photo certificates. AI portraits require a verified account and prepaid credits.

Your pet page.

Pet pages are private by default. Publishing makes the photos, gallery, pet details, and owner’s message visible to anyone with the link. You can unpublish or delete a page in your dashboard. Page photos remain until you delete them or the page; linked certificate previews disappear when the paid order expires. Public visitors never receive paid download files.

Organization certificates.

Shelters, breeders, and veterinarians can review CSV batches of up to 15 photo certificates at $0.99 per pet plus applicable tax. Branded certificates include a QR link to a private order. The organization confirms the milestones and permission to email recipients before checkout. A confirmed payment starts certificate generation and delivery emails.

A keepsake, a meaningful moment.

Certificates commemorate the story you provide. They do not constitute official registration, pedigree verification, veterinary records, or legal proof of ownership.

What you receive.

The $0.99 photo certificate includes A4 and US Letter PDFs and a PNG. One prepaid portrait credit includes the certificate formats and a 1024 × 1024 AI portrait, an 8 × 10-inch wall-art PDF, and a 1080 × 1080 social image. Artwork is best suited to small prints. PDF page dimensions do not increase image resolution.

Availability and delivery.

Unpaid photos expire after 7 days. Purchased files remain available for 90 days. Private email links expire after 24 hours; request a fresh link on the Find my order page. Prices are in USD, with applicable taxes calculated at checkout.

Credit purchase and usage records are retained separately from expiring keepsake files.

Portrait credits.

Buy credits in one-time packs, with no subscription or monthly renewal. Unused credits do not expire monthly. Each new portrait reserves one credit before generation. The portrait and matching downloads are included; no second bundle payment is needed. Your chosen photo, details and styles are locked once generation starts. AI results vary. A definite provider rejection returns your credit; interrupted requests remain reserved for review and are not automatically repeated.
